Shipping Policy

SHIPPING
Delayed Orders
 

Recovery Wear offers a full refund if the order delays. It will be counted from the date that the package leaves Recovery Wear warehouse. In normal circumstances, more than 30 days. In the busy season, more than 40 days, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc. In unforeseen circumstances, such as epidemics etc, the date will be different. Please pay attention to our notification email and message. Please note that:

 

a. For orders shipped to the USA, European countries, New Zealand, Canada, Recovery Wear will refund if the total shipping time more than 30 days outside the holiday/busy seasons.

 

b. For orders shipped to South America, Middle East, India, Africa, Recovery Wear will refund if the total shipping time more than 60 days.

 

c. Order delay caused by delivery pending, such as an insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer, etc, Recovery Wear will not refund you.

 
Shipping Returns
 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 505; Stevensville, MT 59870. Refunds are not accepted for print on demand apparel. 
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancel Orders

Recovery Wear cannot offer a refund if the following circumstances exist: Print On Demand (POD) order. We will not refund you for the product is customized unless it is customized or lost in transit.

 

 

Missing Packages

Recovery Wear will track the package and determine return based on the conditions of the product.

 

 

 

Other Conditions
 

Recovery Wear will refund defective products. After 30 days, we don’t support refunds.

Cases that Recovery Wear does not make refunds:
 

.1. Order Delivered Recovery Wear will not offer a refund or resend if the tracking info shows ‘order delivered.’

 

2. Package Unclaimed If the package is unclaimed, it will be destroyed by the local carrier within 48 hours.

 

3. Tracking Information Alert Recovery Wear will not offer a refund or resend if the tracking info alerts. The following reasons may cause the alert: Incorrect/insufficient Address, Refused Package, Customs Clearance, Non-Existing Number, Unknown Recipient

 

2. Dispute Denied The following disputes will be denied. Closed Order.
